Each Module is designed to explain the thinking, feeling, and behavioral cycle.

You will learn to interrupt and direct each cycle as you switch from survival mode to living and problem-solving mode.

Thinking Systems & Patterns 

System 1 and 2 thinking is explained. Storytelling vs analytical thinking is described with practical examples.

Confusing what is in my power and what is not. Needing vs preferring goals, love, and relationships.

What triggers and then determines the level of our feelings? Are feelings automatic or can they be adjusted.

Learning the art of setting boundaries and communication. Finding a balance between attachments.

Double Session: Emotional Regulation & Self-Inquiry

The practical application of emotional regulation, observation meditation, and our 4 questions of Self-Inquiry. 

Workshop Types
